Bill's involvement in motorsport started as a navigator on road rallies, in a successful partnership with local driver Gwyn Jones, which led into joining FDMC, and competing in a wider range of events. Having restored and prepared this 1967 MG Midget for battle, it now gets vigorous use by Bill, his son David, and son in law Steve, who also team up to organise FDMC's September Solo.
Bill's trophy cabinet also includes awards for 4x4 trialling, in a modified Suzuki 410 and a Vauxhall Frontera, and on FDMC's committee he looks after our 12 Car road rallies, as well as running the website www.12carcapers.co.uk .
