Among the nine entries in Class C4, Ed Nikel, driving his Dellow replica, and Keith Pettit, in his Austin Healey Sprite, were battling for the class lead, with the first place eventually going to Ed, on a tie deciding rule.

Chris Judge, in his 1000cc Fiat Panda, was one of the strong performers in the National B event, and Roger and Christina Dudley were competing in the Clubsport event in Roger's Marlin (Marina based) kit car.
