Matt, self - diagnosed as a 'serial car builder and modifier', has a history of doing this stuff to Fiats, Alfas and Lancias, including a race prepared 127, and a Delta Integrale. This led to involvement with kit cars, and following the initial build of his SCC Stylus (pictured here), Matt took the wise decision to join FDMC, and is now our Competition Secretary.

His competition outings have included track days, sprinting and soloing with the Stylus, plus our Autumn Antics event with his wife's MX5 (yes, she did find out). The Stylus does revisit the workshop quite often for improvements, and instead of the usual Ford motive power, it's now propelled by a Group A Lancia Integrale 16V turbo engine.
