Having hillclimbed and sprinted them for around 8 years, Ian is a confirmed Westfield fan, the latest car, shown left, being his third. Driver and car have become frequent award winners, and in recent years, a class winner or runner up in the Gurston Down hillclimb championship, and in the ACMSC Sprint/Speed championships.

Featuring many engineering developments by Ian, the 'Wee Beastie' is powered by a rare, 1400cc Cosworth BDH engine, revving to a very musical 9300 rpm.
