This Nissan Micra was driven by the family team of Peter and David Manning, who took the award for the best combined performance, by two drivers sharing the same car. Graham Yates, from Southsea Motor Club, was a first time entrant with his 1400 cc Peugeot 205 rally car, finishing fourth in class A/B.

Among more first time entrants, the Garside brothers, Adam and David, who are frequent competitors in AutoSolos, were sharing this BMW 320i, and the two Peugeots, which are used mostly for rallying, were being driven by Andrew Clark (the blue 106XSi) and Richard Pennick (the white 205GTi).

Dolphin MC's Derek Looker and his white 205 are regular contenders at this event, and in our last picture, Steve Woodings starts a power turn in his Mazda MX5, which was also shared by Richard Field.
