FDMC Sprint Royale, October 2006, Page 2
In Class 7, out of eleven entries, wet-weather specialist Andrew Thompson was the winner with his standard 1600 Caterham, followed by Keith Hazell's Sylva and David Buttle's Westfield.
In Class 5, Ian Rogers was the winner, with his modified Toyota MR2 (note the high level air intake), and in Class 2, the May Motorsport Renault took the win, with Simon at the wheel.
Matthew Downes and his SCC Stylus were both competing in their first ever sprint, while in the small Production class, it was Terry Dear's turn
to win the battle of the Metros.
Rounding the hairpin at the top of the course, we finish this report with regular Eelmoor competitor Robert King, and his XR2.
